Q. Are there sizing samples available to try on? A. Yes, each institution has been provided samples to help with sizing. As well, each product image has detailed product measurements that are accessed once the product selection has been made.
Q. I placed my order, when can I expect to receive it? A. Orders normally ship 7-10 working days from order date.
Q. Can I place my order over the phone? A. No, we are a web-based company and orders must be placed online. Feel free to contact a Customer Care Agent if you are experiencing difficulties placing your order. Our representative will be happy to assist you through the process.
Q. Is there a local storefront that I can pick-up my order? A. No, all of our orders are shipped directly to the address provided when placing your order.
Q. The item purchased does not fit. Can I exchange it? A. Yes, the exchange process is available by logging in to your user account and follow the instructions provided. Simply provide the information on items to be exchanged. A Return Authorization Number will be provided along with a return shipping label. All shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer. ScrubPacks™ Inc. is not responsible for items lost or not delivered by third party shippers.
Returns / Refunds of ScrubPacks™ Inc. Products - The items purchased from ScrubPacks™ Inc. are ordered for your specific needs then custom decorated and are therefore not available for refund.
Size exchanges are allowed for the same product only and must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Exchange items must be unworn and in new condition. This includes any item(s) that may be unavailable for immediate shipment or backordered by a specific manufacturer, which may affect actual delivery schedule.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any clearance item or close out item are final sales. These items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Q. My order status says delivered but I can not find my package, what do I do? A. Once an order leaves our warehouse the liability for delivery of your package belongs to the shipping provider selected at checkout. ScrubPacks™ is NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen.
We can however, assist on filing a claim with the selected shipper for a lost package. Please note that neither UPS or USPS is liable for packages stolen once the package(s) have been delivered. We strongly urge customers to choose the signature required option at check out to insure safe delivery of products or consider shipping to an address such as a workplace that will provide a signer to receive the package.
ScrubPacks™ Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be made through only the credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be for product only. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
